Cant Install. Throws a 0x800b0101

Hey, When installing through either option I get an:

App installation failed with error message: error 0x800B0101: Opening the package from location AmethystWindowsPackaging_1.0.21149.1_x86_x64_ARM.appxbundle failed. (0x800b0101)

From some googling it appears to be related to certificates, but its vague and I'm not entirely sure.

Just installed using the MSI file from the site, it works but this issue may confuse new users.
