[FEATURE] delay_show para

Is it possible to provide functionality similar to dbc.Spinner parameter delay_show? https://dash-bootstrap-components.opensource.faculty.ai/docs/components/spinner/

Hi @Liripo .

This does sound like something that would be useful to add. Would you be interested in contributing to add it? I unfortunately don't have the time, but it would be relatively straightforward to implement something similar to this to support the additional properties. Please do let me know, as I don't think I have the time at the moment to do it myself.

Hi @Liripo @glsdown, I also went searching for the delay_show parameter for these loading spinners and found this thread. I wanted to let you both know that I integrated the code @glsdown linked to (moving it into a Utils.js file and attributing it according to the other project's license.) Is this still of interest to the project? If so, I can make a pull request. Thanks!
