Bug description

Several display issues have been observed in the GLPI interface. They appear to be UI-related and reproducible.

1. Users list pagination not respected Path: Administration > Profiles > Users

When setting "Entries to display" to 40 (or any value greater than 10), the list still displays only 10 users maximum. The pagination setting is not applied to the displayed list.

2. Groups list not displayed in notification recipients Path: Configuration > Notifications > Notifications > [notification] > Destinataires > Groupe

The groups dropdown no longer displays the list of available groups. Only the label "Group:" is shown, without any selectable entries.

3. Incorrect recipients count displayed Path: Configuration > Notifications > Notifications > [notification] > Destinataires

The interface indicates 3 recipients, while only 2 recipients are actually listed and visible.
