Bug description

If an image (screenshot) is added to the WYSIWYG followup editor and then removed (leaving the update without any images) the file is still being uploaded and linked as an attachment tot the ticket flow.

Steps To reproduce

Create a followup Paste an image in the WYSIWYG editor after some text. Delete the image from the editor and press save.
