Version

11.0.4

Bug description

After upgrading GLPI from version 11.0.2 to 11.0.3, and then to 11.0.4, we noticed a regression affecting the display of Saved Searches in the ticket module.

Previously, the saved searches displayed the ticket counters normally (e.g., "My tickets (20)", "Unresolved tickets (213)", etc.). However, starting from version 11.0.3, the counters no longer remain visible. Instead, GLPI automatically replaces them with the message: Image

Image

This behavior did not occur in any previous version, including 11.0.2. The issue happens even for simple or lightweight saved searches that have always displayed counters correctly until now.

Expected behavior

Saved searches should continue to display their ticket counts, as they did in versions ≤ 11.0.2.

Actual behavior

All saved searches lose their counters.

GLPI automatically replaces the counter with the “too heavy” warning, even for basic searches that previously worked without issue.

Steps To reproduce

  1. Upgrade GLPI from 11.0.2 → 11.0.3 → 11.0.4.
  2. Go to Tickets > Saved Searches.
  3. Observe that ticket counters are no longer displayed.
  4. The warning message appears even on lightweight searches.

Usually, when this icon appears, we simply click the saved search once to initialize the counter, and it then remains displayed even when switching searches. Since the update, this no longer works.
