Bug description

Fault in creating hyperlink in the "Description" field via a "Ticket Template" when using [ or/and ] in the URL.

When creating a hyperlink with the keycombination CTRL+K in a follow-up or manually creating a ticket this bug doesn't happen and I can use [ or/and ] in the URL.

I updated it with GLPI information or wat other information is required? The links are indeed no working links, it is the concept I was trying to explain. For example when placing criteria/rules in the formcreator/formanswer then you get an URL with [ and ] in it. It is such a link I want to create when using a description with Ticket Template.

As far as I know, this feature does not exist in ticket templates.

Seems like a plugin (formcreator?) issue, open a ticket on plugin repository. Also, use lastet version, 10.0.12 is quite old now.

No it isn't a "Formcreator" plugin issue, because I want to ad a hyperlink in the predefined field "Description" of a Ticket Template and "Ticket template" is included in the normal GLPI setup or isn't?

It saves the predefined field correct, except when the recurrent ticket is created with the help of a ticket template the hyperlink is broken and not working correctly.

I hope I can make it more clear with screenshots what I'm trying to achieve. So this is how I input it in the predefined "Description" field of a "Ticket Template": This is the outcome in a ticket:

the word "here" isn't hyperlinked and the hyperlinked tekst isn't complete either and links to a part of the complete URL.

The URL you provided is not correct as it contains special chars that are not "url encoded": https://shorturl.at/[O]e37W should be https://shorturl.at/%5BO%5De37W. The automatic transformation of URLs into links is made by the iamcal/lib_autolink, you can try to ask the maintainer to handle this in its library, but we will not do it ourselves.
