Bug description
Incorrect display counter "Tickets waiting for your approval" on /front/helpdesk.public.php for self-service profile.
The number of tickets awaiting approval is displayed incorrectly. All tickets are displayed and counted, including those with the status resolved and closed. Only tickets with the not-solved status should be included in the counter.
The counter should only count tickets with the status Not Solved. The search filter that opens when you click on the counter should also include a filter by status - Not Solved
I also noticed that the counter on /front/helpdesk.public.php and after following the link (by clicking on the counter - /front/ticket.php?....) displays a different number of tickets

I did a preliminary search and found only this similar problem https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/14025. But it is a little different and related to the dashboard on the page /front/ticket.php

Should be fixed already for GLPI 11.
