Bug description

Can we have & in an item name ?

I created a software called Z&Z and tried to create a ticket for it. While seaching for the software this happens:

A similar thing happens when we try to search for tickets using a global rule to search for the software name:

I confirm the issue.

For the next GLPI major version, we are working on reviewing the whole special chars encoding system. We will try to fix this issue when this will be achieved.
