Bug description

When images are attached to a ticket, when you click on any of them, it opens a preview modal with the first picture.

I cannot recreate the issue. Can you check if there are any warnings/errors in the browser console (F12 key > console tab)?

Can confirm. I could see the same behaviour in 10.0.2 (with bugfixes) but havent reported it because its not a "clean" install. I havent tested to disable plugins but here seems to be no plugins active. The hyperlink of the picture is correct and it works if you open it in a new tab but not for the samewindow preview. EDIT: No errors in console. Not relevant to browsers. Tested in Firefox and Brave. Pictures below the ticketet (not pictures in text).

Yes I forgot to mention that it only does it with thumbnail, not picture embedded or attached to the ticket.
