Is your feature request related to a problem?

As a complement for GLPI PR glpi-project/glpi#11978, processes inventory support should be added for windows.

Expected behavior

glpi-inventory --partial processes should report the list of seen processes on windows.

Alternatives you've considered

This is just missing.
