added TAMI wiki link to menu

The HackspaceOS template isn't just for TAMI - please let's keep the template usable for other hackspaces as well: create a field in the config .json for the wiki url and refer to it in the template. For example with: {{ 'BASICS.WIKI.URL'|get_config }}
