depreciated library azure-iothub-device-client

Hi, Nice project. I was trying it but unfortunately the V1 Azure IOT SDK library is depreciated. So I am not able to install azure-iothub-device-client and the new one has changed a bit to much for me to fix the code.

I there a plan to update the python code to be in line with the V2.
