merge kusa1251 and hoav1238
In an old discussion between Naomi and Harald, it was suggested that kusa1251 and hoav1238 should be merged to one language.
Naomi said: In regards to Hoava, there is a misclassification in Glottolog. Davis discusses the lack of difference between Hoava and Kusaghe and says they are the same language (2003:8). There is some discussion on how speakers believe they are the same language, and how Tryon and Hackman (1983) misclassified them upon inaccurate data. A single language called 'Hoava-Kusaghe' with three dialects (Hoava, Kusaghe and Njela) is more accurate.
Harald then said: thanks for the sheets and for the explanation re Hoava and Kusaghe. I completely agree with you and I will change the next edition of Glottolog accordingly.
Is this going to happen? Or was there some readon to abandon this idea?
It's just scheduled in a long list of similar cases to fix implemented at the same time

@d97hah Right okay. I was just checking in because it came up for discussion in Grambank again.
I've found a couple of more mismatches between the lgcode in our gb.bib and in hh.bib, table here. They mainly concern adding more varieties that are described in a source. Maybe they could be piled into a list somewhere as well?
