Change name of Francoprovencalic to Franco-provençal
Glottolog calls Francoprovencalic what's typically known as "Franco-provençal".
I think we call it "Arpitan", following recent usage (cf. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arpitania). But "Franco-Provençal" (or "Francoprovençal", but not "Franco-provençal") is the traditional (and probably still better known) term. There's also a variety spoken in Apulia, currently called "Faeto and Celle San Vito Francoprovencal" in Glottolog. Maybe the latter should be renamed to "Faetar" for simplicity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faetar_dialect). We could then use "Francoprovençal" for the node above Arpitan and Faetar. (If "Francoprovencalic" is retained, its spelling should be changed to "Francoprovençalic". And "Faeto and Celle San Vito Francoprovencal" should probably be "Faeto and Celle di San Vito Francoprovençal").
