Belenios Homepage is down

This is somewhat off-topic, but I was not able to find any other option for contacting the maintainers:

The Belenios Homepage is currently returning 504 Gateway Timeouts. The election server appears to be running fine.

Can somebody point me to the correct place to report this to?
