Is there any setting that allows us to download the animated cover?

Idk, but there's another way. You can open devtools in that page. And click "network", searching for *.m3u8 file. Then use yt-dlp to download it.

The covers do come up in iTunes / Apple Music on iOS after transferring the songs to your device. don't think there's a way for devices not on iOS
