Are we maintaining this package actively as I see last contribution in Feb 2023, and last version release in Aug, 2021. I'm working on something related to i18n and wanted to use globalize but have questions on its active development. Clarity on this would really help @rxaviers.

@RgnDunes this project is still used by many big companies, but it's pretty much idle, no new features being worked on.
