Improvements for analyst role

Proposal

This issue is to propose some improvements for Analyst role:

1. Introduction PIE chart "Reports by channel" splitting number of reports by channel
2. Introduction PIE chart "Statuses", regarding percentage of statuses of report (Ex: 5% new, 15% open, 30% Rejected, 50% closed)
3. (To be evaluated) Complete list of reports in a "disabled/transparent" mode
4. Introduction PIE chart regarding "average opening time" and "average closing time", in days: first one could be a simple average of the delta times between "new" status and "open" status, the second one could be an average between "open" (or "new") status and "closed" status times.
5. Introduction PIE percentage chart about "reopened" reports

Motivation and context

These additional charts are intended to improve analysis capablities for the analyst role, and could also be useful for internal audits. Thank you for considering it.

Another suggestion about this role could be to enable the "Export" for all the tenant's reports in csv. Since the exported data are not showing the content of the report, an analyst role could collect this data.
