Fields should have the possibility to appear collapsed

Following the requirements expressed by Amnesty it should be interesting to implement aconfiguration argumtn fro fields "collapsed" in order to make possible for fields to appear collapsed and make possible for the user to open them only when clicked.

Following the UX design concept of amlea the field label should appear as a link when closed and as simple text when opend. the related field input (inpoutbox, textarea, whatever) should appear only when opened.

this ticket is currently addressed as as custom fix for the amnesty branch. moving this ticket to next milestone and i will discuss it in the next devs call asking for feedback.
