Automate installation of system requirement for the APAF development environment setup for Windows

Following the guide available on https://github.com/mmaker/APAF/wiki/Build-System-HowTo

The resulting environment should automate the download, installation and setup of all dependencies, including patching of broken/buggy packages.

Hi i'll write here for convenience I'm trying to get all of this working to start helping with issues. I'm on OS X which piece of all the thing doesn't work on os x 10.7? the first thing i could try to solve is to make it work on my machine :)

I remember it was not working on 10.7, you can try to re-create the environment on 10.7 following guides available on https://github.com/mmaker/APAF/wiki/Build-System-HowTo .

Maker, do you remember which was the issue? Maybe a Py2app bug? mogui want to make it working for 10.7!! :-))

At the end we compiled early Apaf on OSX 10.6 that did not showed the bug

We may consider to automatically download and verify Tor to follow some dirty hacking at http://archive.torproject.org like briefly discussed https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/5923
