Cost/scaling prediction for various deployment scenarios

We know that running on AWS + mongodb Atlas at around the 100M case level is costing us ~$1400/mo for mongodb and ~$1600/mo for AWS. Can we do a table of finger-in-the-air estimates for the cost of running federated instances? Scale of deployment logarithmic in number of cases from 10k-100M. Deployment location should be AWS, A. N. Other public cloud provider, self-hosted Dell servers, self-hosted Lenovo servers.
