Include FTP in retrieval function

Unable to run retrieval function on Santa Catarina, URL: ftp://boavista:[email protected]/boavista_covid_dados_abertos.csv However, I get [ERROR] AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'status_code' Thinking we need to add FTP to retrieval function.
