Triggers are defined in Functions, so wouldn't that be where to ask?
Will that do away with [Function triggers](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-triggers-bindings)? Since Blobs are files, I may be able to do what I need using Blob Storage triggers.
