null last detection case

When analytic unit is just created, then `last_detection` is null. So the question is froim which timestamp I should start detections when I start detection runner first time. @rozetko what...

It's learning failure when `seasonality mod DETECTION_STEP != 0`, say it's `36`

Error will occur if seasonality < 10

Detection runner starts and works in assumption that analytic unit doesn't change. So this task is about changing analytic units after detection runner start
