Stockfish testing
This reduces clutter and avoids duplicate definitions. Also: The run schema has been tightened. Various tweaks in other schemas. Requires upgrading the vtjson package.

the addition of "LTC:" has been overwritten by the green highlighting feature which leaves one source of truth to edit it if needed. currently this looks old way to catch...

hardy.uhassalt.be no longer seems to be functional, even though going to uhassalt.be is perfectly fine. As a result, all of the PDFs on https://github.com/official-stockfish/fishtest/wiki/Fishtest-mathematics can no longer be viewed. @vdbergh
Add a check to restrict a user from changing their test's priority above 0, or throughput to above 100 - now only approvers have permission to do this.
