PTZ-Action delay for transition

Hi @glikely and everyone,

We installed one PTZ camera. All scenes use the the same PTZ video source. When I switch to another scene (same source but different PTZ-Action) the PTZ moves immediately and I see for few frames the move at the beginning from the stinger transition.

I'm missing a field to set a delay for the PTZ Action. e.g. 200ms
