Controls layout will become too tall

On several occasions the directional arrow keypad will expand vertically off the screen. It doesn't matter if its in a dock or out of docked mode. I can not resize if as the vertical resizing arrows have no effect in reducing the windows size. I have found a workaround to get it to return to normal size by choosing the onscreen joystick option interface. I'm using OBS 31.03 (64) on a windows 10 system

Can you reliably reproduce the issue? If so, what steps do you take to cause the layout problem to happen?
