Minimises full screen UWP app on 2nd display when used
Running full screen UWP app on Windows 10 second display for media playback. Using OBS studio to capture media display or Hikvision PTZ camera using onvif. Using virtual webcam to share in zoom.
Using v 16.0 test2 of obs-ptz
When the PTZ dock is enabled, launching OBS studio minimises the display on the second screen. Maximising it again... Pressing any scene or PTZ control button in OBS minimises the app on the other display.
Tried updating OBS studio, and even latest beta and same behaviour. Restarting OBS in safe mode, or disabling PTZ dock and restarting OBS - behaves normally. Other app stays full screen on second display and all controls operate as normal.
Any ideas?
Enabling the PTZ controls dock after running OBS studio works ok as expected. Other app does not minimise. The dock then needs to be closed before exiting OBS studio so it does not fail next time OBS is run.
Can you attach your log file please? This is very odd. I can't think of what the plugin is doing that would cause that behaviour
Hi, heres the logs from starting OBS with the PTZControl dock enabled, and a second one opening the PTZControl dock after OBS has launched.
Do you see the same behaviour if you go back to OBS Studio 29 or 28? There are definitely binary compatibility problems with the later OBS releases which could be the cause here.
I'm working on getting a release out that supports OBS Studio 31.0.x. Watch out for it, and please retest once it is released and report back.
