OpenAI Filesearch: Handle citation marks in the filesearch generated response

Describe the bug The responses from OpenAI Filesearch are getting generated along with indecipherable citation marks

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to flow https://prod.glific.com/flow/configure/292ea30c-5e04-44da-ae3f-7611e61688aa
2. Click preview and ask any question about glific
3. See towards the end of the response, there are citation marks

Expected solution if possible make the function customizable to include an optional parameter ex: "citation" : 0 or 1 for NGOs to decide if they would like the citation or no

1. Show the file name being cited instead of indecipherable numbers, or 2.do not show the citation at all

Additional context The filesearch responses, when generated and passed to bhashini text to speech are also being referenced in the voice notes, and it is creating confusing voice notes.
