Handle the error message in a clear and user-friendly manner

Describe the bug When sending a message to an empty WABA collection, an exception error occurs on Glific's end with the message "Glific Exception: ** (MatchError) no match of right". We should handle this error properly and present it in a user-friendly manner.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login to glific
  2. create an empty collection
  3. send message to the collection
  4. See error
