Generic error message for unknown exceptions

Describe the bug For unknown/ unexpected errors sometimes Elixir level exceptions are thrown on the UI, which can confuse the NGO staff.

Expected behavior For unexpected errors throw the following error message "Something unexpected has happened, please reach out to Glific team over discord to get this resolved"
