Adding photo attachment (via expression) in interactive messages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently I have a Send Message which has an attachment as "Expression". This attachment is an Expression which uses a url to attach the image

Describe the solution you'd like Can this "Expression" option be added to the interactive message under Attachment Types as well?

Additional context We are doing the same as in the HTML Link Test flow, where we attach a photo to the message with the users housing choices, one for each choice. This is working fine if we use the send contact a message flow and add Expression in the Attachments section for it. In this flow, the expected action for user is to choose yes/no for the housing choice. We think it’s better to use an interactive message for this, so they can click Yes or No rather than typing “1” for choice 1 etc. Of course, we could send another message asking them to choose and make that message interactive, but we think a single message would be easiest to understand as the choice button would be attached directly to the housing option. Now our issue is that since we are fetching a dynamic photo link from our DB, it can only be fetched using the Expression dropdown in the flow editor. This Expression choice is not there in the Interactive Message.
