Think about batching the contacts in frontend while uploading

Describe the task Right now when we upload contact file for updating the contact details we send the complete file contents to the backend and they take care of the batching and performing operation row wise. This takes a lot of time and user gets confused whether the contacts have been updated or not.

Expected behavior We should send the contacts in a batch of 100 from the frontend. This would help in quick reflection of the updates in the frontend and user will not get confused.
