Responsive bullet count

Is there a way to have a responsive bullet count? As well as having a bullet count that change depending on perView slide count.

I think that this is a useful feature, when you have a quite big number of slides the bullets become pretty ugly on small devices. any proposed solution for this?

I also think this would be an awesome feature to have. But i just saw a comment on another issue (https://github.com/glidejs/glide/issues/241) where jedrzejchalubek says this will not be part of core glidejs. On the mentioned issue there is also a proposed custom solution by andyjamesn, which might be worth taking a look

I think an option to control the perView property (other than the data-glide-dir="|>", which is cool, but doesn't allow for custom amounts) together with an option for "autoBullets" would be essential
