Glide as a webcomponent

We would love to use glide as a webcomponent.

Webcomponents offer the benefits to not interfere with other elements on the page.

Another benefit is that we could use the slider without additional javascript eventing (e.g. no longer requires to init the slider after ajax calls etc)
