add "docs" or "help" to main menu

Wouldn't it be useful to new players if there was some type of "game docs" option at the main menu?

Right now, users can see keys if they go to "options->keyboard setup" or from within a game by hitting the esc key. It seems like it should be more obvious, esp. for new users.

And there should be an option to view the keyboard set-up in a read-only environment, imo, labelled just "hotkeys" or something like that.

If there was a "game docs" menu, it would display a link to online documentation and an option to view the hotkeys. That way we wouldn't have to maintain a lot of extra code or in-game documentation.
