crdb driver specific template unable to generate tests

Hello @glerchundi!

I've been running into some code generation issues using this crdb driver and I think it may be a template issue? I originally posted an issue in the main sqlboiler repo that details what's happening.

It looks like it's specific to this driver. Any ideas on how to fix this @glerchundi?

I’m currently busy and wouldn’t be able to invest time on issues & fixes. But I would happily review any PR that improves the generator ;)

I'm also seeing issues running code generation -- seems like maybe #41 might fix this?
