Compatibility with rescript 12

👋 Hi @glennsl! Thanks for the library, I like it. Rescript 12 beta.1 has been released recently. In this PR, I updated some stdlib calls and renamed bsconfig.json to rescript.json.

Feel free to merge or close it if you have plans to make things differently.

I'm testing rescript 12.0.0-beta.1 too, and this PR fix issues I got on my project, thank you!

Any objections to not merging this until 12 is out? Anyone needing it for testing can just point to this branch, I'm thinking.
