Sync from internal/private repos?

Hi

This looks like it could be potentially very useful for me but I can't seem to get it to work with organisation internal/private repos. I can't see the ability to supply a token to be used to access the source repo, so the GET https://raw.githubusercontent.com/blah... always fails because there is no token.

Is this a feature you are planning on adding?
