It's possible but perhaps let's add a `LoadFileInMem(SDL_RWops *, ...)` instead?

Is this using the first commit or the second one? Perhaps one of them is less invasive It's really cool that we can test this now!

Thanks to @StephenCWills efforts, gamepad controls are now fully customizable via the config. Might be a good time to give this another go in a data-driven way!
