[Feature]: Support GitLab pages

Glasskubes GitLab deployment already covers multiple aspects of a GitLab deployment, but didn't address GitLab Pages yet.

GitLab Pages must be activated via the gitlab.rb file and possible also handle some custom domains via an Ingress.
