Run pathway analysis

Pathway analysis using PALS can be run in:

  • Single-omics
  • Multi-omics

Probably it makes sense to port all the codes in PALS to work with the objects here, instead of doing it the other way around. We can then retire the PALS package in favour of this (so we have less codes to maintain overall).
