Change Search bar behaviour (ENTER vs. CTRL + ENTER)

Hi,

is there a way to change the configuration from:

Pressing Enter will show search results in the same tab.
Pressing Ctrl + Enter will show search results in a new tab.

to

Pressing Ctrl + Enter will show search results in the same tab.
Pressing Enter will show search results in a new tab.
