The animation doesn't work

Hi,

I've noticed that the animDuration attribute in ExpandableTextView is not affecting the animation speed as intended. The expand/collapse animation duration remains unchanged even after setting a specific value. There is no animation, force changing lines count.

Please take a look and provide a fix.
