Handle default timing better

Since we always default runs to realtime, runners of games that use gametime as the standard must go into their run edit page for every new upload and change the setting per-run.

It would be nice if we could auto-detect "the right thing", for example using game information from speedrun.com (if they have that) or something like that. As a last resort, maybe a user setting.
