the cursor problem

the mouse in qt widget is different from the mouse in occt. you can find that the cursor icon is different from the selected icon in OCCT.

And on the left up corner,they overlap together.but in the right down corner,it really diffs a lot image

at this capture picture,my cursor is actually on the box,but the selected icon is on its right up

It is observed that, on Windows 11 (May be on Win 10 too), if the Custom scaling is set to other than 100, this shifting between Mouse pointer and cursor on the scene will happen. When custom scaling is set to 100, they fall on the same point. In Qt 5 LTS, it does not seem to have this issue.
