Include rclone

Hi,

Any chance to include rclone into list of binaries. I'm looking into building simple syncing solution between s3 and other clouds. Making this tool available in lambda would enable deploying such solution completely serverless.

Hi everyone :wave: I'm also interested in seeing rclone in this lambda layer, for pretty much the exact same usecase as described above If ever this can help, in the meantime, I provisioned a dedicated layer with https://github.com/badouralix/rclone-lambda-layer
