Keyboard shortcuts are broken in 3.2.1

The issue still exists in 3.5.0 (FF 49.0.2 x64 in win10 ).

The only part of this feature that currently works is this: if the Enable keyboard shortcuts setting in BugzillaJS Preferences is disabled (its default setting) then if you press ? on any page you'll get this alert "Keyboard shortcuts are disabled. Do you want to enable them?" and if you press Ok then no keyboard shortcuts work (not even the ? works again ).
