Add functionality to UI and expand it

Add some options to the interface settings menu with:

• File Picker that allows user to pick default opened directory
• Show grid with checkbox
• font size slider
• fps slider
• v sync checkbox

Add functionality to the Update Section:

• Check the github page for a new release and possiblly download it
• with delta checking
