WeeWX fields in any custom field map/extension should be assigned a WeeWX unit group

v0.6.0 assigns all WeeWX fields in the default field map to a WeeWX unit group. This means that out of the box any field from the default field map used in a WeeWX report will have suitable formatting, unit labelling and unit conversion applied/available. If the user alters the field map, for example to rename a WeeWX field to another name, the renamed field is not assigned to a unit group. This means that such fields will have no default formatting, unit labelling and unit conversion features available in WeeWX generated reports unless the user separately assigns a unit group to the WeeWX field(s) concerned.
